Who we are
Digitalmon is run by Haider Ijaz, a sole trader trading as Digitalmon, in the United Kingdom. Haider Ijaz is responsible for the personal information described here. For anything about your information, email [email protected].
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we receive your name, email address, business name or website, the service you’re interested in and your message. A phone number is optional. We only collect what you choose to send.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange a discovery call and, if you ask us to, prepare a proposal. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and on taking steps you ask for before entering into a contract. We don’t use your details for marketing or sell them to anyone.
Where it goes
The website is hosted by Cloudflare. When you submit the form, Cloudflare passes your enquiry to our email provider, IONOS, which delivers it to our inbox. The website doesn’t keep a separate copy of your enquiry. Both providers may keep short-lived technical records, such as server logs, to run and secure their services.
How long we keep it
If an enquiry doesn’t lead to work together, we delete it within 12 months. If we go on to work together, we keep the relevant correspondence for as long as our agreement and legal obligations require.
Cookies and analytics
This website doesn’t use analytics, advertising pixels or optional cookies. Fonts and illustrations are served from the site itself. If that changes, we’ll update this notice and ask for your consent where needed.
Keep sensitive information out
Please don’t include patient records, identifiable health information or confidential documents in your enquiry.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected] and we’ll respond within one month. If you’re unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
